After-sales service is one of Inglessis’ strong suits. Our experts, who are trained watchmakers, handle repairs and servicing in specially equipped workshop, which is located in our store. Technicians are in constant contact with the customer providing update of the process. This level of transparency enables customers to get an idea of what exactly happens to their watch.
