A watch is considered to be water resistant may come in contact with water to a certain extent. The water resistance rating is given by the manufacturer and is based upon 3 factors: the crown, the case back and the gaskets. Our experts perform the test using one of the latest waterproof watch tester machines.

In case the watch does not pass thw waterproof testing, there are certain steps to follow. Each model and brand have their own specifications and that means there are different spare parts for each watch. But first we contact you for an update and approval to move forward.
